This process was a patient one. As a designer, I like to come up with options, present those, pick a direction, and make new options from there. The goal is to eventually end up with a very satisfying and dignified logomark. There was a lot to this whole process so feel free to ask! I had pages of ideas. PAGES.

I think one of the most fun things I’ve ever done as a designer was to use the new logo for our own interior spaces. We carried it through to a few areas in the office. This location is our Zoom Room. The wallcovering makes for a nice backdrop while also impeding external sounds.

This window is in the lobby, behind reception. It peeks into the marketing office but really you can see straight into mine when my light is on.

I’ve always loved book and layout design so when it came down to rebranding the company, I knew it would involve redesigning and rethinking the way our promotional brochures were done. New paper, new binding, new look. I design, print, and bind these brochures in-house. I like controlling every aspect of the publication production process. There’s something very satisfying about each one being made by hand and how much control that takes but also allows.

Through this vectored city are hidden projects by Dean Architecture. This was also a tedious but fulfilling project.

When Projects is clicked on in the navigation menu, it takes the user here. A hand selected group of projects that are more notable or recent. In the drop down menu, our projects are grouped by type: commercial, healthcare, retail, etc.

They let me be cheeky in our description ^___^ and hey it’s me! (Bottom right). When the user hovers over an image, the name appears. See next image.
